Victorian Government Department of Health & Human Services

The Victorian Government Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) was established in 2015, bringing together the former Department of Health, Department of Human Services and Sport and Recreation Victoria. Their vision is to work together to achieve the best health wellbeing for all Victorians. Gandel Philanthropy

Gandel Philanthropy is one of Australia’s largest independent private family philanthropic funds. Established by John Gandel AC and Pauline Gandel AC, It has been the vehicle for charitable giving by the extended Gandel family since its formation as the Gandel Charitable Foundation back in 1978. John and Pauline are actively engaged in the philanthropic work and are universally recognised for their generosity and commitment to both Jewish and general causes. Through Gandel Philanthropy, over the years they have channelled over $100 million dollars towards supporting various charitable causes in the community. They provide support in a range of areas including Arts & Culture, Health & Medical Research, Indigenous Programs, Jewish Identity & Leadership, Education and Youth at Risk. The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) was established in 2010 in order to consolidate eight existing cemetery trusts into one. The include locations in Altona, Anderson's Creek, Fawkner, Keilor, Lilydale, Preston, Templestowe and Wyndham. Their mission is to provide the final care for your loved ones, with dignity and kindness. They respect all peoples, heritage, communities and the environment and maintain core values of compassion, respect, sustainability and integrity. GMCT provides funding to enable ACGB to provide EBSCO access to staff, students and members. GMCT was the 2016 sponsor of the annual Grief Lecture, which takes place each year at the State Library of Victoria. Visit the GMCT website here.

The Jack Brockhoff Foundation

The Jack Brockhoff Foundation was established in 1979 by the late Sir Jack Brockhoff. Sir Jack Brockhoff was Chairman and Managing Director of Brockhoff Biscuits Pty Ltd, a business established by his grandfather in 1880. Throughout his life, Sir Jack was keen to assist others in the community less fortunate than himself.
